Improved Power Control Panel W/GFPE

15-Nov-2011

The Delta-Therm Power Control Panels with 30mA G.F.P.E. are built to pass inspection for in-line branch circuit control providing built-in 30mA ground fault protection per circuit (The Delta-Therm 30mA G.F.P.E. module is UL Listed for U.S.A. and Canada per UL Standard 1053).

15% PRICE REDUCTION

We redesigned the ground fault module and reduced our labor hours.

We are excited to pass a 15% savings onto our customers for the standard stock NEMA 1 enclosure with 30 amp relay models.

STATUS INDICATOR LIGHTS

Status indicator lights on the front panel door visually alert maintenance personnel when power is applied to the unit, when the unit is activated and when a circuit is in alarm.

Upon opening the panel door, each individual ground fault module has its own interior red LED "trip" indicator light, green "on" indicator light, and a black reset button.

EASE OF WIRING

For ease of wiring the panel chassis contains terminal blocks, dry alarm output contacts, a 24 VDC low voltage loop, and eliminates the need for 3-phase field wiring on 208, 277, or 480 VAC three-phase power systems.

The Power Control Panel with 30 mA G.F.P.E. accepts 120 VAC or dry contact activation.

MULTIPLE VOLTAGE OPTIONS

The standard panels can control 120, 208, 240, or 277 VAC heating cable circuits. Due to the higher cost associated with 480 VAC G.F.P.E. contactors, these panels are available for an additional cost.

MULTIPLE AMP LOAD RATINGS

Standard panels are equipped with 30 amp relays. Forty and 50 amp contactors are an available option for an additional cost.

MULTIPLE ENCLOSURE RATINGS

Standard panels are supplied with a NEMA 1 enclosure. NEMA 4, 4X, 12, and other NEMA ratings are available for an additional cost.

UL LISTED COMPONENTS

The 30mA G.F.P.E. module is a UL Listed component and also can be used in one of our UL Listed custom control, monitor and alarm panels.
