 Delta-Therm aluminum heat transfer tape comes wtih an acrylic-based adhesive backing for securing heating cable to tanks of pipes. Recommended for use on plastic and/or metal pipe to improve heat transfer.

• Use with any cable on plastic pipe (under the cable) to partially offset the poor heat transfer characteristics of plastic.
• Use with constant wattage cable on plastic pipe and install under the cable and over the cable to distribute the heat.

Delta-Therm fiberglass banding tape is tough, abrasion resistant, and highly conformable and non-corrosive. It is constructed to offer excellent solvent and flagging resistance.
