Caution Labels

Delta-Therm supplies large and small caution labels to be installed on the outside of the insulation every 10'. Place on both sides of the pipe for maximum exposure.

The large caution labels are used on pipes that are 2.5" diameter and the small caution labels are used on pipes that are .5 - 2.5" in diameter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

OL-LED Monitor Light

The Delta-Therm OL-LED monitor light provides a means for end of line continuity monitoring of field terminated self regulating and constant wattage cables. The OL-LED is supplied complete with stand-off and all necessary components to install the unit onto a pipe quickly and easily.

 

T-AL Aluminum Heat Transfer Tape

Delta-Therm aluminum heat transfer tape comes with an acrylic-based adhesive backing for securing heating cable to tanks of pipes. Recommended for use on plastic and/or metal pipe to improve heat transfer.

 

 

 

 

 

Fiberglass Banding Tape

Delta-Therm fiberglass banding tape is tough, abrasion resistant, and highly conformable and non-corrosive. It is constructed to offer excellent solvent and flagging resistance. Available in three widths .5", .75", and 1" x 180' length.

 

 

PC1

The PC1 is a NEMA 4X electrical junction box with .75" (2cm) hubs for making field terminations. It is made of polycarbonate and is suitable for ordinary indoor or outdoor wet locations. The hinged enclosure is 6"x6"x3" and features a lockable door.

 

 

PC2

The PC2 is a NEMA 4X electrical junction box with .75" (2cm) hubs for making field terminations. It is made of polycarbonate and is suitable for ordinary indoor or outdoor wet locations. The hinged enclosure is 6"x6"x3" and features a lockable door. The PC2 kit contains two pipe straps and 3/4" stand-off, ground screw, and ring connector.

 

 

DT-Box

The DT-Box is a NEMA 4X electrical junction box with .75" (2cm) hubs for making field terminations. It is made of heavy duty cast aluminum and is suitable for ordinary indoor or outdoor wet locations.
