Ice Melt Panel
The Ice Melt Panels are designed to hold self-regulating roof de-icing cables and transfer heat along the roof edge and valleys.
You can install either CO Series or IN Series self-regulating cables in the Ice Melt Panel channel. The aluminum panel will transfer the heat.
The angled Ice Melt Panel is installed along the edge of the roof with the cable channel dipping into the top of the gutter. The flat panel can be installed up the sides of valleys and can be stacked to add additional heat across the eave.
Features include:
- Flat or angled channel to hold CO or IN Series self-regulating roof de-icing cable;
- 4' with 8" wide aluminum panel;
- Made of aluminum for maximum heat transfer;
Roof de-icing cables create a heated drain path, through your gutter and downspout system, for roof melt water to drain properly.
