Delta-Therm's seamless Alloy 825 S.S. sheath was developed for when you are heat tracing in severe and/or corrosive environments. Independent laborartory reports have shown alloy 825 to be superior to most other allys including Inconel 600. Please refer to the datasheet for details.

According to A.S.H.R.A.E. and the U.S.D.O.E. electric resistance heating elements operate at near 100% effciency. This system is much more efficient and precise than heat tracing with steam.
