Ed Witte As both a licensed electrician as well as an electrical engineer, Ed is the compliance expert for Delta-Therm product design and installation methods. Ed represents Delta-Therm on I.E.E.E. and UL ad-hoc committees. Ed has appeared on several home shows featuring Delta-Therm products and provides technical expertise for c.e.u. seminars.

Ada Cryer As Delta-Therm's marketing manager Ada represents Delta-Therm at various industry associations and was on the board of directors for the Radiant Panel Association (RPA). Ada is the provider point of contact for Delta-Therm's registered A.I.A. c.e.u. program and has been a speaker at ISH-NA, RPA and NTCA seminars on radiant heating & snow melting systems.

Jeff Gassew At Mickle Milnor Engineering Company from 1976 through 1983 Jeff was responsible for the sale and on-site technical assistance to owners and contractors for the installation, start-up, and maintenance and trouble-shooting for electrical heat tracing systems and process control equipment. Jeff founded Gassew Associates in 1984 with the “Power Trace” product line, which was later, acquired by Delta Therm Corp. Jeff was instrumental in the negotiations for the acquisition and is a valuable asset to Delta Therm Corp as a representative and technical advisor.
