Roof Clips and Adhesives

DT-AS-5020 and DT-AS-5036

The DT-AS-36 and DT-AS-20 clips are designed to secure Delta-Therm's de-icing cables on asphalt shingles and standing seam metal roofs. The 5036 clip offers 36 holes for adhesive bonding strength between two layers of asphalt shingles, while the 5020 offers 20 holes

 

 

RM-AL-25 and RM-CU-25

The RM-AL-25 aluminum roof clip is a single cable run clip designed for standing seam metal roofs and gutters. It is installed using the VHB pad (double-sided adhesive pad). It's also available in copper and installed using soldered. The cable is inserted in the clasp to hold it in place.

 

 

 

RM-AL-25-6 and RM-CU-25-6

The RM-CU-25-6 copper roof clip is a dual cable run clip designed for copper materials. It is soldered into place and typically used in valleys and gutters. It's also available in aluminum and installed using two VHB pads. The cable is inserted in the clasp to hold it in place.

 

 

 

Slate/Cedar Shake Roof Clips

The slate and cedar shake roof clips are mechanically fastened into place using a hooked or slotted strap. The strap is available in a standard length of 13.5" and can be customized. The slotted strap fits around a nail and the hooked strap hooks to the top of shingle. The clips are soldered onto the strap.


 

 

SS Standing Seam Roof Clips

The slate and cedar shake roof clips are mechanically fastened into place using a hooked or slotted strap. The strap is available in a standard length of 13.5" and can be customized. The slotted strap fits around a nail and the hooked strap hooks to the top of shingle. The clips are soldered onto the strap.

 

 

SB-190 Adhesive & VHB Pads

The SB-190 roof clip adhesive is to be used with the DT-AS-50 clips on asphalt shingle roofs and rubber membrane.

The VHB pad is to be used with the RM-AL-25 roof clip on standing seam metal roofs and metal gutters. The VHB pads require the use of the VHB primer. The VHB pads can be used on copper if a shellac is applied. Do no use VHB pads on rubber membrane.

DSH Downspout Hanger

The downspout hanger is used to hold the roof de-icing cable in place at the entrance of downspout as it enters and exits. The hanger will prevent the cable from abrading against the downspout.
