Roof De-icing Cables
You can install self-regulating de-icing cables or M.I. roof de-icing cable assemblies to create a heated drain path for roof melt water. Install on common roof materials
including: asphalt, metal, slate, terra cotta, rubber membrane, pvc, and more.

Roof De-icing Controls
You can select either the MPS W/RG or the DTC120-G control. The control panel monitors outdoor sensors and automatically starts your de-icing cable when ambient temperature falls below 40°F and moisture is sensed. The control panel will deactivate your cable after one of the two activation conditions ceases.

Roof Clips & Adhesives
De-icing cables are affixed to roofs and gutters using clips. We have roof clips specially made for asphalt shingles, slate shingles, cedar shake shingle, standing seam metal, aluminum, and copper. Rubber membrane roof materials have special requirements. You can select clips that require an adhesive or clips that mechanically fasten.

Downspout Hangers
De-icing cable is affixed at the entrance of the downspout with a downspout hanger. This prevents the cable from moving and abrading against the downspout opening.

Panels
You can select a load switching panel that contains standard contactors, low noise relays, or 30mA G.F.P.E. relay modules (per NEC Article 426 & 427). As a UL Listed custom panel manufacturer, we can also design a custom panel for your project.
