You can install self-regulating deicing cable or M.I. roof deicing cable assemblies on your roof, gutters, and downspouts to create a heated path for melt water to drain properly. This will help you prevent ice dams and their subsequent structural damage.

immediate melting

When your deicing cable is in direct contact with the snow and ice it will begin melting immediately.

install on most common roof materials

Exposed deicing cables can be installed on top of most common roof materials including composite, metal, slate, glass, terra cotta, and rubber membrane.

hide cable from view

On asphalt shingle roofs you can install CO or IN Series roof deicing cables inside of our IMP panels to hide the cables from view.

automatic start

Your roof deicing control panel will monitor outdoor sensors and automatically start your deicing cable when ambient temperatures dip below 40°F and moisture is sensed.

automatic stop

Once one of the above conditions ceases, the roof deicing cable will for a period of time and then turn off.
