CAD Services

You can use our full-service customer department to assist you with CAD drawings. Our engineered drawing set includes:

  • D-Size Engineered Drawings
  • Bill of Materials
  • Typical Set of Components Detail
  • 3-Part Written Specification


Drawing Requirements

  • Please provide an AutoCAD drawing (.dwg format) of area, pipe, or device required.
  • We also accept scaled and dimensioned drawings.
  • Non-scaled drawings are accepted however, we can only return a typical detail.
  • CAD drawing service includes one disk, one print, and one revision.
  • Please discuss your requirements with your customer service representative.

Contractors can call our toll-free customer service for technical support at (800) 526-7887 between the hours of 7:30 am - 5:30 pm C.S.T. Please have a copy of your original invoice, packing slip, or completed warranty card so that we know all of the components that were installed.

We can also provide a service call where our factory representative will meet contractors on-site. If the problem is covered under warranty, there will not be a charge for the visit. If the problem isn't covered by warranty, then there will be a charge for the visit.
